Toro Table Lamp

The Toro Table Lamp employs twin organic shades of iridescent hand-fused glass or natural porcelain as structural elements and allows the spare brass shade to float in space. Casting a warm glow from within the raw porcelain, light escapes through the sliced armature of the brass shade and is balanced by the gloss of the exterior porcelain surfaces. The exterior of the hand slumped glass shades shine like precious metals and when lit, the white glass pieces emanate a warm morning light while the charcoal glass offers a glimpse into constellations of another universe. The table lamp can be configured in either a standing position, or with one of the shade armatures flipped, creating a dramatic, wave-like silhouette. 6' black cotton twist cord with on-cord switch. Fixture is made and finished to order in New England.
